TiffinCloud runs the operations side of a tiffin, mess, or home-kitchen delivery business: who's subscribed, what to cook, which delivery goes where, who still owes money. So the person running it can spend more of the day on the food.

Why this exists

Tiffin and mess businesses tend to run on a mix of a notebook, a WhatsApp group, and whatever spreadsheet survived the longest. That works fine until a kitchen has more than a handful of regulars. After that, every skipped meal, late payment, or new customer is one more thing to remember by hand.

We didn't want to hand that business a repurposed restaurant POS. Restaurants take walk-in orders; a tiffin service manages recurring subscriptions, daily prep counts, and a delivery route that repeats every day. Those are different problems. TiffinCloud is built around the second one: subscriptions, kitchen prep boards, delivery runs, container tracking, and a customer portal that logs in over WhatsApp instead of a password.

Built for how kitchens actually run

Most software in this space is a generic restaurant POS with a tiffin label stuck on. We started with the actual daily loop: prep, delivery, renewals, dabbas. The software got built around that.

Zero commission, always

Your customers pay you directly, by cash or your own UPI QR code. We charge a flat monthly fee for the software. Nothing is skimmed off what you earn.

Your customers, your data

Every customer, order, and payment record you put into TiffinCloud belongs to your business. Export it to CSV whenever you want, no questions asked.
