What is a tiffin management system?+

What exactly is TiffinCloud?+
It's the software that runs the operations side of a tiffin, mess, or home-kitchen delivery business: who's subscribed, what the kitchen needs to cook today, which delivery goes where, who still owes money, and who's holding onto a dabba. One dashboard instead of a notebook, a spreadsheet, and a dozen phone calls.
Do I need to be technical to set this up?+
No. Add your menu and plans, import your existing customers from a spreadsheet (or add them one by one), and you're taking orders. Most kitchens are fully set up in under 10 minutes. Check the "five steps" section above for exactly what that looks like.
Will my customers need to download an app?+
No app, no password. Each customer gets a link to your own branded portal and signs in with an OTP code sent by SMS. From there they can renew, skip a day, pause their subscription, or order an extra item themselves — most of what used to be a phone call to you.
Does TiffinCloud take a cut of what my customers pay?+
Zero commission, always. Customers pay you directly, by cash on delivery or your own UPI QR code, and the money goes straight to your bank account. You pay us a flat monthly subscription for the software. Nothing more.
Can I try it before paying for anything?+
