What is a tiffin management system?+

What exactly is TiffinCloud?+
It's the software that runs the operations side of a tiffin, mess, or home-kitchen delivery business: who's subscribed, what the kitchen needs to cook today, which delivery goes where, who still owes money, and who's holding onto a dabba. One dashboard instead of a notebook, a spreadsheet, and a dozen phone calls.
Do I need to be technical to set this up?+
No. Add your menu and plans, import your existing customers from a spreadsheet (or add them one by one), and you're taking orders. Most kitchens are fully set up in under 10 minutes. Check the "five steps" section above for exactly what that looks like.
Will my customers need to download an app?+
No app, no password. Each customer gets a link to your own branded portal and signs in with an OTP code sent by SMS. From there they can renew, skip a day, pause their subscription, or order an extra item themselves. That covers most of what used to be a phone call to you.
Does TiffinCloud take a cut of what my customers pay?+
Zero commission, always. Customers pay you directly, by cash on delivery or your own UPI QR code, and the money goes straight to your bank account. You pay us a flat monthly subscription for the software. Nothing more.
Can I try it before paying for anything?+
Yes. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, no card required. If it's not saving you time by then, cancel with a single tap.
What happens to my customer data if I stop using TiffinCloud?+
It's yours, always was. Export your customers, orders, and payment history to CSV any time from Settings. No need to ask us first.
Is this only for big operations, or does it work for a one-person kitchen too?+
Both. Home Kitchen is free and built for a single cook running things solo. Unlimited is for once you've added delivery staff, multiple areas, and more customers than one person can track by hand. Same dashboard either way. You don't switch products as you grow.
Does this work for a mess or canteen, not just tiffin delivery?+
Yes. The underlying job is the same: who's subscribed, what to cook, who's paid. Mess halls and canteens run on the same dashboard, just without the delivery-routing side a home-delivery tiffin service needs.
